Additional planks are available for purchase if the extra box is missing. Note: A trip fee may apply. Excludes damage from furniture with rolling casters. Please notify us within seven days if the extra box is not delivered post-installation.

Effective upon full payment and successful installation, this warranty remains valid as long as the flooring stays in its original location and the original purchaser resides in the home.
